From 2008 to 2011 I was also part of the Chobe Youth Council Outreach, Kasane, Botswana, where I mentored 65 trainees at Chobe Safari Lodge as part of a community development initiative. I developed a short wildlife observation training course for the youth trainees, and analysed data collected by trainees and recommended strategies to mitigate human-wildlife conflict at the lodge.
